Whether you’re based near us in Nottingham or further afield, we’re happy to work with you via email, video calls, in-person meetings, or simply by phone.

Our graphic design and artwork services are charged separately from the prices listed on this website. If you’d like a quote or estimate, please contact us with as much detail as possible so we can provide a prompt and accurate response.

Artwork requirements & costs to put things right!

We really hope you can provide correctly set-up artwork - so we can simply crack on with getting your work printed without delays.
However, we do understand that not everyone has the right software, or the time, or the skills to do this. If you fall into this category - read on…..

To ensure your PDF artwork files work with our automated production workflows your artwork must be provided as per our requirements.

If your artwork is not provided correctly we will not be able to proceed with your order and this will delay the turnaround.

You then have the choice of:
1: resubmitting correctly set up artwork,
2: accepting the following scale of charges for our in-house studio team to get it set up correctly on your behalf.

Scale of charges:

Simple amendments to prepare your artwork for production: £25 (minimum charge) to £50 ex vat
Complex or multiple artwork amendments to prepare your artwork for production: £50 to £250 ex vat
Creation of print ready artwork from completely unusable artwork: quoted on a case by case basis.
Complete graphic design service - please get in touch and our studio team will be happy to discuss your project and subsequently provide a quotation to create your artwork.

If you choose to use our artwork service - we will send you an email with a payment link for the appropriate amount.

Artwork Supplemental Terms & Conditions:
Whichever level of service is required, it will need to be paid in full before we commence any work.
If necessary, a PDF proof will be provided for you to sign-off before any printing is started.
The artwork correction service takes time and will impact the turnaround time of an order. Please ensure you have made allowances for this, especially for Express Orders.
Unless specifically discussed with you and quoted for, we are not responsible for making low resolution & poor quality artwork into high resolution artwork. This is covered under the third bullet point on our scale of charges.
All prices quoted either here or in subsequent correspondence excludes VAT.
